Raspberry shake with tangy pineapple.

Ingredients

Serves 1

200 mL Remune™ Raspberry
50 g raspberries
80 g pineapple
5 mL lemon juice

Instructions

Wash and chop pineapple. Put pineapple, lemon juice, raspberries and Remune™ Raspberry into a tall glass.
Blend the content until the mixture is homogeneous.
Strain and cool. Serve cold.

PEACH SHAKE WITH MANGO

Peach shake with mango.

Ingredients

Serves 1

200 mL Remune™ Peach
100 mL orange juice
15 g white sugar
70 mL water
10 g cornstarch
50 g mango

Instructions

Put the water and cornstarch in a pot. Mix until there are no lumps. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until it thickens. Remove and let cool.
Strain orange juice. Pour Remune™ Peach, juice, sugar and the cornstarch mixture into a bowl. Blend with an electric mixer.
Serve cold.

Ingredients

Serves 1

200 mL Remune™ Raspberry
250 g Santa Claus melon
50 mL Cava wine
50 mL water

Instructions

Peel and finely dice melon.
Put melon in a pot with Cava and cook over medium heat for 20 min. Add water.
Remove from heat and blend, then pass through fine-mesh strainer.
Let cool.
Add Remune™ Raspberry.
