Perfusor® Space is a syringe infusion pump that can be used to configure customized, tailor-made solutions as individual pumps, small therapy units, or a complex infusion system. Perfusor® Space has an integrated Free-Flow protection mechanism which assists in the prevention of accidents related to free-flow of medication. The integrated piston break holds the syringe in place avoiding unintended bolus during syringe change or when the pump is not running.

Traditional methods can take as long as an hour to detect occlusions. In this time, the patient receives a significant underdose without informing the caregiver.
