Information on Data Protection

Controller in terms of data protection is B. Braun Avitum AG. Your personal data collected above is only processed for the purpose of organising, performing and following up the training. The data processing is based on the contract according to Art. 6 (1) b GDPR that you enter into with us when register for the training. Your data will be passed on within the B. Braun Group to the extent necessary. To manage your event participation, your data may also be passed to third parties to the extent necessary (e.g. hotel accommodation). We process your data for as long as it is necessary for the stated purposes.

In certain circumstances, recording of digital events may take place for the purpose of e.g. documentation. The legal basis is your consent according to Art. 6 (1) a GDPR, which you grant us by attending the event. If a digital event is to be recorded, we will inform you about this transparently in advance. In addition, a notice will be provided during the event before the recording is started. The system will also inform you that the event is being recorded. If you don’t want to be recorded, please be aware that in this case you will not be able to participate in the digital event, or only to a limited extent. You can revoke your consent at any time for the future. The recording is stored and deleted after expiration of the respective retention period in accordance with data protection regulations.
